The Braxtons: Toni Loses Song Rights. Tamar Annouces Album Release Date.

Legendary R&B singer, Toni Braxton has lost the rights to a large portion of her music catalogue due to the auctioning off of more than have a dozen of her songs. According to reports, Toni was offered the privilege of buying back the song rights but unfortunately she was outbid by a another buyer. The price of that sale was $20,000 which includes the rights to more than twenty four Toni Braxton songs. Earlier this month, her bankruptcy case was settled so the auctioning of her music was not completely unforeseen for Toni. Included on the auctioned off song list are her hit songs, "You're Makin Me High" and "How Many Ways".

 
 
Meanwhile, the "lucky" sister, Tamar Braxton is gearing up to release her newest album titled Love and War which includes the hit singles  "The One" and the "Love and War". Other songs that are scheduled to be on the album are titled "Hot Sugar" and "Get Your Life". The official release date for Tamar Braxton's new album, Love and War, is September 3, 2013.
